The block is set high amongst the backdrop of one of Yeppoon's easterly, ocean facing mountainsides The home is positioned to take advantage of the views, but also the surrounding bush.
The home will be built in stages, starting with a small, double-storey studio home as stage 1, offering 90 square metres of internal living space.
This studio home is designed to be extended on in to future to become a full-sized family home. Initially, it will be a space serving a more simple and humble lifestyle and need. The master plan and overall aesthetic concept have been developed with this studio stage to ensure a congruent final design and intentional placement and form.

In the meantime, it fulfils the functional requirement of a professional couple's lifestyle now. One works away during the day and the other works from home, together with their dog.
