BEHIND THE DESIGN - JAIE MAUGER
Building designer Yeppoon, Jaie Mauger, has a background in commercial design and construction but has long been more interested in the built environment that humans call home. With extensive travel experience and a keen passion for architecture that prioritises lifestyle quality, Jaie offers a modern building design approach that emphasises an anthro-centric style. Her work is influenced by a diverse range of cultures and materials, enriching her residential and commerical design practice. With a strong focus on integrated digital design delivery, Jaie utilises detailed 3D models and coordinated documentation, ensuring well-coordinated input from clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the entire process, from concept to post-construction.
DESIGN PHILOSOPHY
Focusing on lasting, high-quality materials and design choices that respond to the site environment and the anthropometric functionality of the home and family, Mauger Building Design specialises in building design tailored to the unique needs of the Yeppoon Region. We are attentive to the particular environmental, siting, and lifestyle trends that impact residential design in this Central Queensland coastal town. Yeppoon is truly a special place, and delivering building design that complements this environment is central to our philosophy. The natural landscape and local lifestyle offer so much potential, so incorporating these elements into the home is essential. Our goal is to create high-quality, adaptable, and functional homes that will endure for generations, as this beautiful corner of the world deserves nothing less.
